What yarn do you use?
I use high quality super chunky 100% merino wool. This is a luxuriously soft yarn option that is well tolerated by people with sensitivities to wool. The finish of the yarn creates clear stitch definition creating a high quality finish to each item.

How do I care for my item?
Merino wool is naturally stain and odour resistant so does not require frequent washing. Spot clean with cold water as needed. If washing is required, hand wash with cool water and mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the item. Gently squeeze excess water and reshape before air drying flat to avoid distorting the shape of the item.
All woollen items naturally pill. This is not a fault with the product, simply a natural result of friction. Pilling can easily be removed with a knitwear comb or by teasing away the pills with your fingers.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do take custom orders and can make in custom colours and sizes. Use the contact form on the website or email me with what you have in mind and I will let you know what is possible, the price and the current turnaround time.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-made items usually ship within 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces will take longer before dispatch - you will be notified of turnaround time when purchasing. Orders are currently sent using Royal Mail, and you'll receive an email when you're order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange an item?
I hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied and wish to discuss returns please email yorkshirebesscreates@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you will be emailed a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of returning your label.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment I only ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in an item, please contact me me and I'll let you know if I can arrange a custom order and shipping for you.
